Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale, discounted, clearance, or promotional items.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund as applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or shipping stages, cancellation may no longer be possible.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Payment authorization issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
